By accessing or using Coollect ("the Platform") at mycoollect.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Coollect is a platform for football shirt collectors providing:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have full legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account. You may not share, sell or transfer your account to another person.
By adding jerseys or other content to the Platform, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
Valuations provided by the Coollect Smart Valuation Engine are estimates only, based on available market data and algorithmic analysis. They do not constitute a guarantee of sale price, financial advice or an offer to buy or sell. Market values for collectibles are inherently subjective and may vary significantly. Coollect assumes no liability for decisions made based on valuation results.
Coollect facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of items sold, or the conduct of other users.
CoollectCodes verification and other authentication services are provided as tools to assist in establishing provenance. Authentication results are based on available data and do not constitute a legal guarantee of authenticity. Coollect is not responsible for items found to be inauthentic after purchase.
The Coollect name, logo, platform design and proprietary technology are owned by Coollect. You retain ownership of content you upload (jersey photos, descriptions). You grant Coollect a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and use that content to operate the Platform and improve our services.
Club badges, player names and kit designs displayed on jerseys are the property of their respective rights holders. Coollect does not claim ownership of such marks.
You may not:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coollect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits or reputational damage. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Coollect in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but provenance records associated with registered items may be retained for registry integrity.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
